Highest hygiene standards and safety are ensured by lockable doors, a sneeze guard, and a display lock. The seamless interior with removable transfer modules allows for quick and thorough cleaning. Additional equipment options, such as a heat bridge, an illuminated wortop, and an integrated food-core temperature sensor, facilitate hygienic meal serving. Optionally, the cart can be equipped with the TC Soft Cloud for remote real-time monitoring.
